How long Is shipping?
All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days. Once processed orders are shipped out and take on average 2-3 days to arrive to customers. If there is an earlier or later expected delivery timeframe, the customer will be notified.
Do I receive a tracking number?
Yes, all customers will receive an automated email with tracking information. Some packages may require a signature from the recipient.
What is the difference between the Gold & Platinum collections?
Our Gold collection was designed to offer high quality 100% virgin hair at an affordable rate. The textures are steamed (no chemicals) to offer our Gorgeous Dolls a variety of textures. Our Platinum Collection is our featured collection, offering 100% Raw Indian, Burmese and Cambodian hair. This collection is our premium hair; it’s single donor, hasn’t been processed in any form, raw textures & is directly from the donors’ specified country.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

What is your refund/exchange policy?
As weave experts since 2012, we only offer the top quality to our customers. Our hair is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure quality so therefore we don’t offer any returns or exchanges.
